The standardization of artificial board refers to activities that take the artificial board and its product industry as the standardized objects, and carry out activities for the formulation, organizational implementation and standard implementation supervision of the artificial board industry. The National Manufacturing Board Standardization Technical Committee established in 1992 is the leader of the National Forestry and Grassland Bureau entrusted by the National Standardized Management Committee to engage in the standardized technical export of national artificial board. 1 The standard system of Chinese artificial boards is basically completed

The government -led standards are mainly national standards, industry standards, and local standards. Market leading standards are mainly group standards and corporate standards. As of September 2019, there were 159 standards that have been implemented in the National Human Manufacturing Board Standardization Technical Committee, including 69 national standards and 90 forestry industry standards.

1.1 The government -led artificial board standard situation
According to statistics, as of the end of 2019, there were 179 government -led artificial board standards, including 69 national standards, 90 industry standards (see p. 51 of this magazine for details), and 20 local standards. Among them, the number of industry standards for wooden floors and other wood products categories is the largest (27.8%); the number of standards for basic and comprehensive industries (22.2%); The number of standards in the noodle -making board industry accounts for 11.1%.
3) Local standards: Local standards for Chinese artificial boards are mainly concentrated in basic general and comprehensive categories, accounting for 65%.
1.2 Standard of the fiscal boards dominated by the market
With the promulgation and implementation of the new "Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China", the main body of standard development has shifted from the government's leading to government guidance and market -led direction, and market -led standards have ushered in opportunities for development.
1) Group standard. According to the national group standard information platform data, as of March 25, 2019, a total of 2,245 social groups were registered, of which 2193 social groups have been registered and 52 social groups are being announced. 2) Enterprise standards. The object of the enterprise's self -statement and adjustment of the supervision system. Therefore, the disclosure of enterprise product and service standards is the legal obligation of the enterprise.
2 The internationalization process of the standard of Chinese artificial board
At present, my country has been the largest export trade in the world's artificial board. In the past ten years, my country's artificial board exports have led the export amount, with an average export value of about 5.907 billion US dollars. The "Belt and Road" policy has provided huge development opportunities for Chinese artificial board companies; at the same time, the standards actively participate in international standardization work, and the standard "going out" has become the top priority of the standard work of my country's artificial board.
2.1 International Standard System Revision
Since 2008, with the continuous growth of my country's artificial board industry, my country has actively participated in international standardization work, and has begun to lead three international standards (ISO/TC 89), and participates in the revision of 8 international standards (Table 2). Improving my country's right to speak in the international market in the artificial board.
Chinese experts have led the ISO 13608: 2014 "Plywood-Decorative Venered Plywood" (decorative veneer veneer plywood) and ISO 13609: 2014 "Wood-Based Panels-Block-Blocks and Battenboard" (fine wood). 2.2 Standard foreign language translation
The translation work of the standard foreign language version is an important basic work of the country's action around the implementation of the “Belt and Road” and realizing standard interconnection. It is also an important task for the internationalization of standards. It is of great significance to my country's standards and my country's industry “going global”. At present, the National Manufacturing Board Standardization Technical Committee has undertaken and completed 14 national and forestry standard translation projects, including 12 national standards (Table 3).
