Low toxic pesticide long-acting (slow-release), target-period precision (controlled release), application technology lightening (fertilizer-drug integration) has become the mainstream direction of fertilizer research and development. From more than 30 registered fertilizer products (some are mother-child bags) in China, herbicides and fungicides are the main pesticide components, and pesticide active ingredient content is less than 1%.

　　With the perfection of the theory of medicine and fertilizer and the deepening of the research on the interaction between medicine and fertilizer, the traditional concepts of nutrient management, pest control and pesticide fertilizer will be subverted, and new concepts, new technologies and new models of modern agricultural management will emerge accordingly; with the promotion of medicine and fertilizer products and technologies, it will produce a positive and fundamental impetus to the "two-control and two-reduction" of chemical fertilizer and pesticide. It can provide effective and powerful support for the mechanization, greening, organic and sustainable development of modern agriculture.
