In order to welcome and celebrate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Committee of Qinjiang Chemical Industry intends to organize a series of activities around July 1st in order to maintain the Party's advancement and purity and further stimulate the enthusiasm of Party members and leading cadres for loving the Party and enterprises. On June 14, the first of a series of activities, the theme party day compulsory labor, was organized by the Party Committee of the company as planned.
 

Before the start of the activity, the deputy general manager of the company and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee convened all the party members who participated in the activity and made mobilization speeches before work. Subsequently, Party members lined up to enter the production plant. In the early morning of summer, there is still some cool feeling. Only Party members and comrades from five grass-roots Party branches, namely, organs, raw medicines, preparations, chlor-alkali and agrochemical sales, with sincere Party flags, go to the production area with tremendous spirit to start the day's labor journey. Due to the tight production task in the near future, some auxiliary work can not catch up with the production rhythm because of the shortage of manpower. In view of this, the Party Committee of the company mobilized more than 30 Party members to provide emergency support and contribute a little to the busy production line. The party members were divided into two teams, one team went to the intelligent packaging workshop and the other team went to the No. 2 packaging workshop. At the workshop site, we work in a division of labor and cooperate with each other, and each of the boxes template becomes three-dimensional in an instant under the skilled operation of all Party members. When a certain number of boxes are accumulated, they will be transported to the production line in time. Seeing the serious and hard work of all Party members, the workers at the workshop thanked them one after another, saying that with the support of Party members, they have done more work today than usual.

　　In the process of working, everybody exchanges their daily work with their mouths, while the operation on hand is not idle at all, and the working atmosphere on the spot is serious and lively. Unconsciously, a morning passed, and after the end of the activity, everyone felt sore hands and waist pain, and one after another lamented the difficulty and hardship of grass-roots front-line work. Through this theme party day compulsory labor activities, not only to some extent to help the grass-roots front-line alleviate labor tension, but also further close the relationship between the party and the masses, enhance mutual understanding of their work, and lay the foundation for the construction of an "one family, one heart, one effort, one goal" organized interest community.
